About EasyWill

We would like to offer a digitalized service platform with the possibility of buying or selling a goodwill (fond de commerce) in complete transparency, in a simple, fast and secure way. Buyers and sellers connect to our platform which offers a Cloud (SaaS) where they can exchange the necessary information and documents.

On our side, we provide a lower cost, more transparent and faster service thanks to the technology which allows us to provide standardized contracts. For example, the establishment and the seller will be able to transparently see the highest bids for the goodwill in question. Our added value is the fact that we offer a quality service at a lower cost by offering fixed rate commissions that are much more advantageous than the commissions earned by existing intermediaries.
