PhAST is seeking a talented and driven data scientist to join its data analysis team to analyze the large set of antibiotic susceptibility test data produced with its proprietary diagnostic platform using clinical samples, and distill these into an automated diagnostic model.
*Analyzing large, unbalanced datasets of clinical experiments to refine and validate susceptibility models for the hospital setting.
*PhD in statistics, physics, engineering, or data sciences with strong data analysis expertise.
