QTime IT Hub - a network of spaces for work and leisure. Project goal: to create a network of spaces for work and leisure around the world. Every year more and more people are moving into freelance and are beginning to move geographically into places convenient for life. Each time during relocation, a search for a place to work, dating, leisure activities, and search rent. It is for these purposes that spaces are created that can unite all needs.

How does the QTime:

  • space for work (?oworking);
    • space for the creation and production of prototypes (fablab);
    • space for rest (hostel) (not running, running only after the coworking network);
    • space for training (seminars, workshops, meetup, hakatons, basic advanced training courses);
    • space for health;
    • space for entertainment;
    • resident card (bank card).

What has already been implemented and at what stage of development is the QTime IT Hub project currently.

QTime IT Hub is located in Klaipeda, Lithuania. Works since August 2016. The area of 700 square meters consists of several zones:

1) Coworking: equipped with computers, software, office equipment and other necessary materials. 2) FabLab: equipped with high-quality technical equipment, such as 3D printers, soldering stations, various tools and radio components. 3) Seminar-zone: an area for lectures, master classes, training courses, meetings. 4) Various leisure activities.

On the basis of the QTime IT Hub space, various projects of both a social nature and useful startups are being created and implemented. Dividing the space into zones allows us to offer our residents a wider range of opportunities, high-quality implementation of their working hours and the ability not to interfere with each other during work and rest. The division of space into zones provides an opportunity to develop the creative and professional communities of people within the space and beyond.
