The product is safe transportation to and from orbit -- large passenger spaceplanes.

The Providence A1:

Solves the problem of risk. It is designed to lower risk. Solves the problem of affordability. It is designed to be affordable for spacelines. Solves the problems of fuel economy and economical operations. It is designed for economical operation. Solves the problem of few (or no) choices for passenger transportation to orbit. It is designed for passengers not cargo.

Less than 550 humans have ever gone into space. The Providence A1: Solves the problem of infrequent opportunities for consumers to go into orbit and beyond. It is designed for routine (three times daily) flight.

Solves the problem of profitability. It is designed to be profitable even in the design phase.

The customer is spacelines primarily but it will be sold to any customer worldwide in the same way as other products.
